21'-UP RAM 1500 TRX

The TRX is a purpose built creation for aggressive off-road use and has a suspension that performs unlike any factory built truck we’ve ever seen. Towing an RV to the family fun spot was definitely not the primary objective! It posed several design issues and drove us crazy for months. Just obtaining one for R&D was a challenge!

There’s 18” of suspension travel to account for. We had to design a kit that could handle daily driving, towing and service requirements, but is removable for aggressive off-road use.

Installing the ASAM will provide complete adjustable control, and is a stainless steel bolt-in, no cut, no drill kit!

The ASAM works in tandem with the factory suspension to provide vertical lift controlled by you with air pressure. Any air source from a bike pump to an automatic air management system can be utilized. Please view our "AIR SOLUTIONS" page for detailed information.

The TRX has a massive 18” of suspension travel from full extension to full compression. Look at these pictures, the panhard bar will pull the rear axle 1.5” to the passenger side at full extension.

We had limited time to get the job done before the TRX was sold. No installation videos will be available.

This spacer is for NEW/OLD stock of Hellwig sway bars. If your sway bar clamps onto the axle, you do not need this block.

The TRX does not offer a factory sway bar option. If an aftermarket sway bar was installed, you’ll need these 3/4” blocks to space out and clear the lower axle mounts of our air spring kit.

CHECK YOUR SWAY BAR MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO ORDERING. SOME NOW ATTACH DIRECTLY TO THE AXLE TUBE, THESE SPACERS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT DESIGN.

Kit is designed to allow the TRX to tow or carry loads without squatting and be easily removed for aggressive off-road use.

Compression travel will be limited to that of a standard 1500 while installed. They don’t require removal for maintenance duties that require use of a lift.

Firestone rolling lobe air springs have internal bump stops and offer 10,000+ lbs. of lift, providing great ride quality.

Stainless fasteners, DOT composite air fittings and DOT air lines are included. A single air fill line with 5/16” fill valve tee’s off to each spring.
