100% bolt-in 304 stainless steel design for 4x4 & 4x2 models. Kit includes stainless hardware, composite DOT push to connect fittings and single DOT air fill line. Air springs are rated at 6,000 lbs. and max 500 PSI.

***SPECIAL NOTES FOR THIS KIT***

Ford heavy dutys have driven us crazy with the cast block located between the axle and leaf pack. The height varies from 1” to 4”, and the “Dog Ear” configuration varies as well based on truck’s body configuration, engine type, 2 or 4 wheel drive, single or dual rear wheels and axle diameter. For the stainless redesign, we wanted to accommodate all variations with one base kit along with add-on parts. Hardened aluminum spacer blocks and axle mount extensions will be provided to correctly install for your specific truck.

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER

WE MUST HAVE THIS INFORMATION FROM YOU:

Axle Diameter, it will be 3.5”, 4”, 4.25” or 4.5”

Height of the cast block between the axle and underside of leaf pack and axle welded on pad. It will be 1”, 2”, 3” or 4”.
