We’ve created new bolt-on pressure based air systems that utilize 100% duty cycle Viair compressors. Troublesome space consuming maintenance hungry components such as air tanks, auto leveling parts, dump valves, overlift valves and linkages are gone. Cold weather freeze ups are a thing of the past. Installation is simplified and quick.

Our 2 corner manifold is equipped with replaceable solenoids with Amphenol weatherproof quick connect plugs. All components are designed to be easily serviced or replaced if required. Wiring connections and remote solenoid relays are housed in a weatherproof box.

Systems are designed for dual or single pressure control via wireless remote. Pressure is monitored with Bluetooth sensors that will report pressure to Android or Apple phones. An optional wired digital gauge is available. Ride height, air dump and air overlift is all controlled by you at will with no added expense.

The system bolts to the frame on the driver’s side and hides the compressor up in between the plastic inner fender and bumper. This location is a short run to the battery and protects the assembly from direct exposure. The water separator/filter and compressor air filter is accessible through the wheel well.

Two wireless remotes, Bluetooth sensors, plug and play fused wire harness, air line, fasteners and zip ties are all included.
